I went to S Carolina today to visit dad and Elsie. They canceled their trip to Seattle (by train) to monitor their house addition. We had a nice visit. We attempted to hang a new light fixture in their kitchen, but to no avail. I got home about 10:30. Here is a slide show of the addition.

Big Pumpkin Goes to the Patch
Some of you may have seen Tatum's pumpkin patch visit on her blog. Jim got jealous, so we had to take him to the patch to find a pumpkin today:
Jim and Bill went on an a great pumpkin adventure filled with scarecrows, really big pumpkins, hay rides and corn maizes. We went out to Cagle Dairy Farms in Canton for this fun adventure. Jim was excited to get some fresh country air. Jim picked out a "Tatum" size pumpkin with the biggest stem. Afterward, we went to Beetles BBQ for lunch and then to Target for some unnecessary plastic objects and polar bear pajamas for The Jim! Here are the videos from our big adventure:

The Weekend
I haven't been posting much lately. I am rather obsessed with the election. I am going down to see Dad and Elsie Sunday. I'll take a few pictures of their house addition. They are adding a master bedroom onto their main floor. Until the next post, here is today's 70's hit.

Random Cat Blogging
I was at the vet the other day picking up Joe-lean's kidney medicine and I saw these two cats. They are brother and sister. Their house was destroyed in a tornado this summer and they ended up at the shelter. The vet took them in and now they are up for adoption. Sweet cats.
