I wanted an apartment in an old building with wood floors. It's a corner unit. I am very excited. I think tomorrow night will be my first night staying there. The living room, which will have some sort of sleeper sofa, will always be open for you out-of-towners.

And, just once social comment. After all, I have been really really quiet for a long time. I just can't celebrate the death of anyone. Even those who's actions are heinous. I think it invites negativity into one's life. Anyway, peace again.

And -- I'm total with you on the intentional killing of another living thing (well, except mosquitos). My mind resists believing it is true and that we really decide that it's okay...it invites negativity for sure, and takes us one more step toward becoming what we claim to most object....

These are one of those instances where I just cant comprhend what is correct and what is wrong. For me there are more questions than answers. What did it solve? What did it cause? What closure did it bring to families? By killing one radical are we not creating another generation, this time waving American flags in Times Square.
I guess I am happy with our president and his leadership - but dont admire the burden he carries.
