CLEAR SKIES AND CALM WINDS WILL ALLOW LOW TEMPERATURES TO REACH THE MID 30S FOR SOME LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY AREA MONDAY MORNING. FROST WILL BE MOST LIKELY IN RURAL LOCATIONS AND IN NORMALLY COLDER LOW LYING AREAS.
