Native Seattlelites
Growing up in Seattle, I was always proud of Boeing. After all, it effectively launched passenger jet travel. Yes, it is an integral part of the military industrial complex, which Eisenhower warned the country about, but there is a part of me that revels in Boeing's passenger jet success. I read a good article in Time magazine. It has been quite the buzz at Expedia. A friend of mine at work is trying to be a test passenger for the FAA evacuation testing of the 787 later this year.
