Here's the first bloom from the Pearl Essence Rose. I am trying my luck with roses. They seem like temperamental weeds. Mom always had a lot of rose bushes and they were always loaded with blooms.

Wow. It is beautiful! I'm excited when my pansys grow and they don't take much work.
The flowers here are pretty as well. Bob took some photos tonight, we'll see if we can't post them.
