It was a very sad weekend for us. Bill's mother, Betty Grant, passed away today around noon. She was at home surrounded by her children, grand children and great-grand child. Betty was a pistol until the very end. We all will miss her very much. Arrangements have not been finalized.
She loved Elvis. This is for you, Betty.

Thanks for the post Jim - she would have loved it, and thanks for your kind words Jill and Tonya. It all hasn't really registered at this point, but I have appreciated all of the support from my friends and family. As we all know, mothers can be trying at times, but I will never regret going above and beyond when it really mattered.
