Blue Skies in a Red State

I am often asked, "how you can live "down" there?" There are many many reasons, but today held one of the sparkling ones. It's Feb 7 and I worked with my window open. The sky was so blue that one could just fall into it.

Very pretty. Yesterday was a day in ND when you really can honestly say "man, winter is beautiful". The sky was so blue, the snow so white (mostly) and the dripping of melting water. Creation really is amazing!

I'm always afraid icicles will fall from above and pierce my skull. There has to be a phobia for that, right?

I like icicles. I don't have the icicle phobia. Have trouble spelling it on occasion, but eye still like them. You'll understand if you have been following this post.

Bill, if you ever go up by Mammoth you'll never have to worry, because they actually have warning signs on buildings. The signs are yellow and show this little dude with ice falling on his head. We took a picture of it once, but it was years ago and I can't find it.
