I think we have a deal regarding the zoning issue. We have a meeting tonight where we going to decide on the deal the city is offering. The ultimate solution is to kick the bums out.

Any update on the deal?
It appears that the city is going to move the CBD back to 750 East Main St. That is a win for us. It's about a block better than where it was last year at this time. We won't withdraw our lawsuit until it's a done deal.
An interesting tidbit. The City Manager's last day was last Monday. We had heard that there were staff people that were not happy with the way things were being run and that they may not last long
We are trying to get he real story.
