I'm not exactly sure what those are supposed to be....colorful maracas?? I think thought that the following descriptor applies to that "theme" on Google....
About this artist
American artist Jeff Koons burst onto the international art scene in the 1980s. He creates iconic work such as Michael Jackson and Bubbles, Rabbit, and Puppy. He is exhibited throughout the world.
I thought maybe they were supposed to be flowers for May day. However, it's not May 1 yet.

I don't think that was much of an answer....it reminded me of those old colorful tin glasses that some people had in the '70's. I think our neighbors at the lake had a set.
