You may have done this but,
1. click on new post
2. click on the picture icon above
3. you should get a screen that says browse
4. find the picture on your computer
5. click on the photo and it should fill in the browse box with the file name
6. I always click none on the layout section
7. click upload image
Make sure you get a screen that says uploading and then it will say done. I never copy the picture, I always use the upload feature. It looks like you have the file name with .jpg file extension.
