Chicago

We arrived Saturday and didn't really do anything. Sunday we shopped a little and then went to dinner with a couple friends from Kansas City. We ended up at Sidetrack a local Chicago establishment where they play show tunes on Sunday night and the crowd sings along. Here are Bea Arthur and Angela Lansbury singing Bosom Buddies. I couldn't help but think about Theone when I saw Maude.

Today, we walked the show. Here is a table from the Knoll showroom. I think it is a classic table reinterpreted with pseudo-retro colors. Knoll has wonderful classic products. A great company with a rich history.

On our way back to the hotel, we were detoured by the filming of a Johnny Depp movie. That's the rumor anyway. We didn't see Depp. We did see some people in 20's clothes and old cars.

That's all for now. Tonight is our "Foodie" dining night. We are eating at Sepia.

Fun...I will be in Chicago for a conference in two weeks. An HR conference so nothing all that exciting. Please leave the city in one piece.

We also ate at a Mexican Restaurant, De Cero. It is second time we have eaten there. Really great. Also, Sepia is truly wonderful.
