The heat wave has ended! We had four straight days over 100. It was pretty miserable and the only way to escape was to hit the beach (nobody in Los Osos has a/c). Since it cooled off today, we were able to have some dog play time. Sandy, the lab, is becoming quite the Frisbee player. His favorite is still swimming through the waves to get the ball, though. Happy summer, everyone!

Cooler Weather - Finally!
The heat wave has ended! We had four straight days over 100. It was pretty miserable and the only way to escape was to hit the beach (nobody in Los Osos has a/c). Since it cooled off today, we were able to have some dog play time. Sandy, the lab, is becoming quite the Frisbee player. His favorite is still swimming through the waves to get the ball, though. People down here can't understand living without AC. I am glad the heatwave has broken. The weather channel was talking about the California drought. We are in one also.
