Name the Babe

We are taking suggestions for the baby name. We are trying to stay away from names that start with an "R" and that are to long (1 to 2 syllables). Any good family names???

Eleanore - Ramona's middle name.
Curtis - Dad's middle name and Grandma Larson's maiden name.
Wilson for a boy. However, it doesn't flow that well with Randall.
Effie - I have always liked it.
Keeler - to complicated to write here, but everyone knows.

I am sure there will be more later.

Jeez, one has to be quick here.

I too was going to suggest Eleanore -- it was my first thought, but has 3 syllabls

So here are a few others:

Phoebe (Grandpa Christian's aunt)
Ella (another aunt)
Esther (another aunt)
Ruth (another aunt) but it start with R)
Tonya ;) (just kidding)
Warren (an uncle and Grandpa Christian's middle name)
Earl (an uncle)
Allen (a common middle name in the wider family)

I am bugging my mom to think of "old" family names, so I will keep sending too.

Lee is also often used in the family. Sharon Lee, Monna Lee, Donald Lee

Anyone know where that started?

My Alan is Alan not Allen. Geez, Tonya Christine!

I loved Phoebe on Friends.

There seem to be more cool girl's name. Maybe that indicates the gender. It's all connected.

I thought of Eleanore also, but too much like cousin Elliot.
Keeler could be a boy or a girl. My favorite.
On the Maddy side...
Agnes
Irene
Blanch
Cora

I like Cora. Blanch is very cool. Very film noire.

Lee was Grandma (our Grandma Effie) Christian's middle name.

Willy -- Grandpa Christian's brother that died young

Neil - this one goes a long way back. Grandpa Ed Christian's cousin

Theone says she can really get on a roll:
Zalo
Zera
Ole
Lorenzo
Gertrude

Jill -- you might be regretting that you asked.

Sorry so late in getting to this! Thanks for the suggestions. Naming a baby is very hard. Theone has very unique names...Tim likes that.
