The Rev. Kirbyjon Caldwell, longtime spiritual adviser to President George W. Bush and senior pastor of Windsor Village United Methodist Church, plans to campaign on behalf of Illinois Sen. Barack Obama.

Hope and change? Feh.

What does "Feh" mean?

We use "bullshit" in the South!

Well, there seems to be plenty of that from both sides. I thought the best quote of the debate tonight came from John Edwards when he said "We have got to understand, this is not about us personally. It's about what we are trying to do for this country,"

Guess I'm just hopeless optimst that thinks people can make a case for themselves without disparaging others.

I'm afraid I'll be completely tuned out by November. I should have stayed in Edmonton.

Yes, enough BS all around, but stay engaged. The stakes are high...

I just came from South Carolina. I saw no Democratic candidate signs just Huckabee and Thompson signs. Aiken is a pretty conservative area.

I heard some of the speech Obama gave in Atlanta yesterday. Boy, can he inspire.

It is going to be hard to stay with it through November.

One year from today we will have a new President.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

Obama is a great speaker. He was my commencement speaker at law school -- the first one after three other graduations that I thought was worth a darn.

But he's not running for poet laureate. He's running for president, and he's running as a conservative Democrat that can "unite."

Where has he been for the last 14 years? Republicans take every outstretched hand and chop it off. They take every olive branch and beat it into pulp.

Clinton and Edwards are both more likely to kick some teeth in if they win. Edwards appears to pretty much be done, so, that leads me where I am.

You all know that it was Jon-Erik that posted this, right? I'm sure you can tell from the graduate school level vocabulary and deep thoughts. :)

Every time I think I am getting swayed away from Hillary, I end up veering back to her. We just need someone to return our country back to us. Naive. I am sure. One can hope.
